Katy Riddle's hero outfit. Her powers are time travel and breaking the fourth wall. Hence why her costume is a homage to Deadpool and Booster Gold. Her little utility belt uses 52nd century tech allowing her to carry million of her trade make cream pies. Some are like little bombs others are just normal pies.
